AIRSHIP Failover protection

AIRSHIP Failover Protection (AFP) works with AIRSHIP Health Monitoring (AHM) and your Matrix to provide another level of security and protection for your Video Data. Once AIRSHIP Health Monitoring determines that there is a problem with your AIRSHIP DVR — and that video recording may be compromised —it alerts AFP. AIRSHIP Failover Protection then sends a series of commands to the Matrix to connect the camera channels attached to the “problem DVR” through the Matrix outputs to the waiting AIRSHIP Failover DVR.

The beauty of it? Video continues to be recorded regardless of the problem. With AFP, the Surveillance Technician can deal with a problem DVR without crisis or missed recording.
